NOTRE HISTOIRE

Aziz Tabah était le plus jeune des quatre frères qui ont immigré du Liban en juillet 1904. À leur arrivée au Canada, Aziz a travaillé avec ses frères et cousins pour établir leur entreprise familiale appelée Tabah Cousins Ltd. 

Tout au long de sa vie Aziz a été un grand partisan de l’éducation et a été vivement intéressé par la philanthropie. Aziz est décédé en 1976 et a laissé une petite dotation pour encourager les étudiants canadiens d’origine du Moyen-Orient. Depuis 1980, sa famille élargie dirige cette fondation en son nom et a fièrement pu soutenir des centaines de Canadiens lebanses qui obtiennent des études supérieures grâce à sa prévoyance et à sa générosité.

OUR STORY

Aziz Tabah was the youngest of four brothers who immigrated from Lebanon to Canada in July 1904. Upon their arrival in Canada, Aziz worked with his brothers and cousins to establish their family business called Tabah Cousins Ltd. 

 Throughout his life Aziz was a big supporter of education and  was keenly interested in philanthropy. Aziz passed away in 1976 and left an endowment  to encourage Canadian students of Lebanese origin. Since 1980, his  extended family has been running the foundation in his name and have proudly been able to support hundreds of Lebanese Canadians attain higher education through his foresight and generosity.
